چکیده
Acridones have found their role in luminescent materials for OLEDs. Most interestingly, showing potential as weak charge transfer thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters, providing narrow photoluminescence. In this work, we present a comprehensive study of donor-acceptor-donor (D-A-D) acridone-amine derivatives TADF and UV electrochromic properties. Structure-property relationships are studied using electrochemical spectroelectrochemical methods well photophysical characterization. successful emitters used OLED, (FWHM = 66-85 nm) electroluminescence the green region with maximum EQE 5.4%.

D–A–D-type orange-light emitting thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials based on a fluorenone unit: simulation, photoluminescence and electroluminescence studies
The design of orange-light emitting, thermally activated, delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials is necessary and important for the development and application of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). Herein, two donor–acceptor–donor (D–A–D)-type orange TADF materials based on fluorenone and acridine, namely 2,7-bis(9,9-dimethylacridin-10(9H)-yl)-9H-fluoren-9-one (27DACRFT, 1) and 3,6-bis(9,9-d...
متن کاملThermally activated delayed fluorescence of fluorescein derivative for time-resolved and confocal fluorescence imaging.
Compared with fluorescence imaging utilizing fluorophores whose lifetimes are in the order of nanoseconds, time-resolved fluorescence microscopy has more advantages in monitoring target fluorescence. In this work, compound DCF-MPYM, which is based on a fluorescein derivative, showed long-lived luminescence (22.11 μs in deaerated ethanol) and was used in time-resolved fluorescence imaging in liv...
متن کاملRegio- and conformational isomerization critical to design of efficient thermally-activated delayed fluorescence emitters
Regio- and conformational isomerization are fundamental in chemistry, with profound effects upon physical properties, however their role in excited state properties is less developed. Here two regioisomers of bis(10H-phenothiazin-10-yl)dibenzo[b,d]thiophene-S,S-dioxide, a donor-acceptor-donor (D-A-D) thermally-activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitter, are studied. 2,8-bis(10H-phenothiazin-...
متن کاملThermally activated delayed fluorescence in fullerenes.
This report reviews the thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) displayed by fullerenes. From the analysis of the steady-state data, time-resolved data, or by a combination of both, it is possible to determine several important photophysical parameters of fullerenes. Herein we also cover the development of temperature and oxygen sensors based on the TADF effect exhibited by fullerene C(...
متن کاملPhotophysics of thermally activated delayed fluorescence molecules.
Thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) has recently emerged as one of the most attractive methods for harvesting triplet states in metal-free organic materials for application in organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). A large number of TADF molecules have been reported in the literature with the purpose of enhancing the efficiency of OLEDs by converting non-emissive triplet states into...
